Avtar launches mentorship programme for women in digital marketing

Avtar Group, in partnership with Google India and the Centre for Executive Education at the Indian School of Business (ISB), has announced the launch of the third edition of DigiPivot. This skilling program in digital marketing is exclusively for women.

The program is expected to benefit a total of 120 women this year, which is three times the number of participants compared to the previous edition in 2020. The curriculum has been enhanced to meet the expectations of the job market. Hindustan Unilever Limited, the first industry partner, will provide industry-specific insights, applications, and mentorship.

The program, which will be conducted virtually over a period of 22 weeks, offers participants digital marketing knowledge along with mentorship on strategic leadership skills. Avtar, a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Solutions firm, will conduct sessions on career intentionality, which is crucial for building sustainable careers.

Google leaders will mentor the participants and guide them through experiential segments, including case study challenges. The participants will also attend sessions on core digital marketing skills and strategies delivered by senior faculty from ISB.
